In July, the Doctor meets his daughter again, for the first time, as Peter Davison and Georgia Tennant team-up on audio.

Celebrating 20 years of Doctor Who under its care in July 2019, The Legacy of Time will tell stories from every corner of the Whoniverse as nurtured by Big Finish. Since it was announced, we’ve anticipated more details on Matt Fitton’s mysterious story. Georgia Tennant and Big Finish have confirmed that Relative Time will unite the Doctor and his daughter. In more ways than one.

Disaster strikes inside the Time Vortex, throwing together the Fifth Doctor and his future daughter Jenny – and the Nine sees an opportunity to steal something huge.

Peter Davison plays the Fifth Doctor alongside his real-life daughter Georgia Tennant as Jenny, the Doctor’s in-universe daughter. Davison’s Doctor is a regular fixture in the Big Finish’s Doctor Who ranges while Tennant reprised the role for a Jenny box set back in June. Together they’ll have to see off The Nine, played by John Heffernan, making a return from the Doom Coalition series.

The Legacy of Time is set to be a crossover bonanza mixing Classic Who with New Who; blended with things that Big Finish have created or built upon in audio.

• Kate Stewart, of the new UNIT series, will be thrown back in time to meet Jo Grant and the Third Doctor as played by Tim Treloar.
• Lisa Bowerman and Alex Kingston will oversee a meeting of trowels for Professors Bernice Summerfield and River Song.
• The cast of Counter-Measures will enjoy one last hurrah alongside Sylvester McCoy’s Seventh Doctor and Sophie Aldred as Ace.
